My Apple Watch app is crashing, frozen or will not load

Sometimes a poor signal or connection will cause Apple Watch to be in an unusable state. Try the following:

  • Update: Make sure you're updated to the latest version of the app in the App Store.
  • Reset Strong for Apple Watch: Have both the Watch and iPhone apps turned on to Strong next to each other with good signal. In Strong for iOS, go to Settings > Apple Watch > Reset Strong for Apple Watch and give it a few seconds to reload the app.
  • Reinstall Watch App: Go to the Watch app on your iPhone. In My Watch, find Strong, deselect Show App on Apple Watch and then reselect it to reinstall.
