My workouts are not syncing, I get a sync warning on Log Out.

Sometimes issues with data connectivity causes workouts/routines/user information to not be synced to the server. Some steps to force a sync when this occurs are:

  1. Sync Workouts: Go to historic workouts (2nd tab), make a small change to a workout like increasing a rep or a weight by 1lb/kg.
  2. Sync User: Go to settings > edit profile and wait a few seconds

If sync issues persist, email support@strongapp.io with your username and email (found in settings > edit profile).
