I can't restore purchases to my account
First confirm the app is in free mode and is restricting you from using it. Then please try:
- Re-log into App StoreConfirm you are logged into your account (settings > edit profile to see your account). If you are, try to relog into the app store (app store > scroll to bottom > Apple ID > Log Out) and then try to restore
If that does not work, please forward a copy of your receipt from Apple to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into the issue.
