Strong won't install on my Apple Watch
We've had a few reports of issues installing Strong using the Watch app on the iPhone. Either the loading indicator keeps spinning after tapping Install, or it seems to remain at 100% indefinitely. This problem seems to be specific to iOS 11.0 and our suggestion is to update to iOS 11.1 or later by going to the Settings app on iPhone > General > Software Update.
If this still occurs after updating to the latest version of iOS, our suggestions are to:
- Force Quit the Watch app on iPhone, and relaunch it. You can do this by double-tapping on the Home Button and swiping up on the Watch app.
- Try restarting both your Apple Watch and iPhone. The easiest way to do this is to hold down both the Digital Crown and Side Button on your Apple Watch until the Apple logo shows up. On iPhone, hold down the Power Button and Volume Down Button (or Home Button for older models) instead.
If Strong is missing from your list of Available Apps to install, make sure that you're running watchOS 4.0 or later.
