How do I use the nutrition widgets?
If you're trying to use the macronutrient widgets on iOS or Android, please do the following steps:
1. Go into the Profile tab and tap on the "+ Widget" button
2. Add the Daily Macros and/or Weekly Calories widgets
3. Enable syncing with Apple Health
Once you have Strong setup, it's just a matter of logging your nutrition data through an app of your choice. Popular apps include MyFitnessPal, Lose It, or FatSecret. Then go ahead and sync that app with Apple Health as well. You will be able to view your weekly calories and daily macros inside Strong once you've made some logs through those apps!
