How can I use the nutrition widgets?

On both iOS and Android, follow these steps:

1. Go into the Profile tab and tap on the + Widget button  

2. Add the Daily Macros and/or Weekly Calories widgets

3. Enable syncing with Apple Health/Google Fit 

Once you have Strong setup, it's just a matter of logging your nutrition data through an app of your choice. Popular apps include MyFitnessPal, Lose It, or FatSecret. Then go ahead and sync that app with Apple Health/Google Fit as well. You will be able to view your weekly calories and daily macros inside Strong once you've made some logs through those apps.
