How can I track my burned calories?

-iOS: Strong doesn't currently provide any calories burned estimates. The calories that you're seeing are coming from Apple Health and it is their best guess for your workout if they don't have access to your heart rate data.

However, if you have an Apple Watch, you can use Strong in Companion Mode to record your heart rate as well. This should provide you with a more accurate estimate for your records. 
-Android: Strong doesn't currently provide any calories burned estimates. We'll be making a lot of tweaks to the app in future updates and understand that this feature is important to a lot of users.
