How do I enter workouts performed in the past?

To enter a workout performed in the past, add a workout as if you were logging it normally, but on the final summary screen, change the Start Time and End Time. If you have a long workout summary, you may need to scroll down to find the Workout Details section.

If you've already saved the workout, you should edit the workout from the History tab, and select View Workout Details. From here, you can change the Start Time and End Time
