How do I start the Timer?

The timer is in the keyboard when you are entering the reps or weight for a given exercise. You need to manually start the timer the first time by tapping the timer icon.

Timer options include:

  1. Override Mute Switch - Audio "Ding" and notification on lock screen (if notifications for Strong is enabled), even when iPhone is muted
  2. Auto Full Screen - Timer starts in full screen instead of on top task bar
  3. Auto Start - Timer starts on progression to next set automatically
