My workouts, routines and data is missing
There are a few possible causes for this.
- Multiple Accounts: Most problems like this occur when someone mistakenly creates multiple accounts. Strong uses email addresses to uniquely identify a user. If a user signs in with a new email address, a new account will be created. In this case try different emails or usernames to try to login or recover your account.
- Not logged in: Best way to check is to go to settings > edit profile to see if you are logged into your account.
- Account was not created: We suggest all users create an account to ensure data is backed up securely. In previous versions of the app we allow users to skip the signup process and use the app. It is possible that you never created an account and deleted the app/switched devices. In this case the data is likely lost.
