About the Records screen

Note that Strong only supports records for sets with 12 or fewer reps, as rep values > 12 typically lead to inflated NRM values.

The Records Table shows your real world best performances for a given lift, alongside the "predicted" or theoretical best lift for each rep value.

The theoretical best value is based on your overall 'best' performance (at any weight).

If you have an actual performance that is greater than what is in the predicted column, the actual performance will display there instead of the predicted performance.

We have more plans related to records in the future. Stay tuned!
