My charts are not updating (Troubleshooting)

If you're a PRO user on iOS and noticed that your charts are not updating, you can reload the charts from within the in-app Settings:

1. Go to in-app "Settings"

2. Tap "Help & Support"

3. Tap "Reload Charts

If you're still experiencing issue, please contact us from the "Help/Support/Other" option.
