How do I log a workout that was performed in the past?

-iOS:  To enter a workout performed in the past, just tap on "Empty Workout" on the Workout tab and enter the exercises as normal. Before you click the "Finish" button, click the [...] button next to the header and tap on "Adjust Start/End Time" to edit the dates and times. 

If you would like to make modifications to existing workouts, please go to the  History page and tap on the menu [...] next to the workout you would like to modify. Select "Edit Workout" and tap on the menu [...] next to the Workout Name. From there, you can adjust the start and end time.

-Android: Just tap on "Empty Workout" on theWorkout tab and enter the exercises as normal. Enter in the details of the workout and tap "Finish." From there, you can modify the Workout Name, as well as the time and date the workout was performed.

If you would like to make modifications to existing workouts, go to the  History tab. Click on the workout you want to edit, then tap on the [...] on the upper right of the screen and press "Edit Workout" and then "Details" in the upper right. From there, you can make modifications to the start and end time, as well as the date!
