About Exercise Detail Screen

The following instructions apply to the iPhone and Android versions of Strong.

You can easily track your progress and information about any individual exercise in Strong via the Exercise Detail screen.

You can access the Exercise Detail screen in three ways:

  1. From the Log Workout screen, simply tap on the name of the Exercise
  2. From the Add Exercise menu, tap on the (?) Information button
  3. From the Exercises tab, tap on any exercise directly

From the Exercise Detail screen, you can toggle between each tab for more information.

About Tab

View instructions for the exercise. Video or image instructions are available for the exercise, as well as step by step instructions.

History Tab

From here you can see every workout where you performed the exercise.

Charts Tab

[Strong PRO only] View a variety of charts for each exercise. The available charts differ based on the exercise type.

Records Tab

View historical information about an exercise. This includes your all time best records, your best performances at each rep, and what your projected best lift would be at any rep range.

Edit Exercise

Tap the Edit button in the top right to make advanced changes such as editing the exercise's name (only for custom exercises) or transferring exercise data.
