How do I delete my account?

Please contact us from inside the app if you would like to delete your account:

  1. Go to your in-app Settings
  2. Select Help and Support
  3. Select Account Issue
  4. Let us know that you'd like to delete your account

Please note that deleting your account means you won't be able to recover your workout history forever. You can export it to CSV format first, but you won't be able to import it back to Strong if you create a new account in the future.

Please also note that deleting your account won't automatically cancel any active subscriptions/trials you may have. You'll need to manage this through the iTunes App Store/Google Play Store. Please see the links below for instructions:
