How do I get a refund?
-iOS: To get a refund, the steps are:
- Go to http://reportaproblem.apple.com/.
- Locate your Strong purchase and click "Report A Problem".
- Tap "Choose Problem" and select "Unauthorized Purchase".
- Enter the details for your problem, then tap Submit.
-Android: If the refund is requested within 48 hours, you can request a refund through the Google Play store → https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7205930
To process a refund for your subscription after that time period, we need a copy of your purchase receipt from the Google Play Store so we can evaluate your case and determine refund eligibility.
