How can I get a refund?

On iOS, the steps to request a refund are:

  1. Go to http://reportaproblem.apple.com/.
  2. Locate your Strong purchase and click Report A Problem
  3. Tap Choose Problem and select Unauthorized Purchase
  4. Enter the details for your problem, then tap Submit

You may have to  directly  chat with  Apple  support to escalate your  refund  request if you run into any issues as they handle all of our payments.

Please note that you will also need to cancel your subscription through the iTuned App Store to avoid being charged again when it auto-renews.

On Android, if the refund is requested within 48 hours, you will need go through the Google Play store → https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7205930

To process a refund for your subscription after that time period, you will need to send us a copy of your purchase receipt from the Google Play Store so we can evaluate your case and determine refund eligibility. 

Please note that you will also need to cancel your subscription through the Google Play Store to avoid being charged again when it auto-renews.
