How do I get a refund?

-iOS: To get a refund, the steps are:

  1. Go to
  2. Locate your Strong purchase and click "Report A Problem".
  3. Tap "Choose Problem" and select "Unauthorized Purchase".
  4. Enter the details for your problem, then tap Submit.

-Android: If the refund is requested within 48 hours, you can request a refund through the Google Play store →

To process a refund for your subscription after that time period, we need a copy of your purchase receipt from the Google Play Store so we can evaluate your case and determine refund eligibility.
