I paid for Strong PRO, but don't have access to PRO features. What can I do? (Troubleshooting)

This can happen in some rare cases, especially if you just got a new device.

Sometimes users accidentally created a new account when they change devices, so please make sure you're logged into the account you previously used.

On iPhone, try Restoring Purchases

If you're On iPhone, restore your purchases by going to the Upgrade tab and tapping the Restore Purchases link at the bottom of the page.

This will work if you're logged in with the same Apple ID as when you made the purchase.

Contact us with your Purchase Receipt

If this doesn't work, please contact us and we should be able to help.

On iPhone

  • Go to your Manage Subscription settings from the App Store (or you can use this link if you're on your iPhone),
  • Tap on Strong
  • Send us a screenshot at support@strongapp.io via your account email.

Alternatively, please send a copy of your App Store purchase receipt.

On Android

  • Go into the Play Store's Subscriptions, 
  • Tap on Strong > Manage Subscriptions 
  • Send us a screenshot at support@strongapp.io via your account email.

Alternatively, please send a copy of your Google Play purchase receipt.
