How do I get a refund?
Please note that we do not handle payments directly and have no access to your payment information.
If Apple or Google do not grant your request, we will not be able to help.
Payments for Strong PRO are handled via the App Store and Google Play Store respectively.
In general, App Sales are considered final and we have no mechanism to provide refunds. As the Payment Processor, refunds are made at the discretion of Apple and Google and you will need to contact them to make a refund request.
The steps to request a refund are:
- Go to http://reportaproblem.apple.com/.
- Locate your Strong purchase and click Report A Problem
- Tap Choose Problem and select the appropriate option.
- Enter the details for your problem, then tap Submit
You may have to chat with Apple Support to escalate your request if you run into any issues.
You can request a refund directly from Google within 48 hours of your purchase.
