How do I get a refund?

Please note that we do not handle payments directly and have no access to your payment information.

Payments for Strong PRO are handled via the App Store and Google Play Store respectively - we do not handle payments directly. In almost all cases, you will be able to get a refund via Apple or Google within a few days.

If you encounter any issues, please contact support with your purchase receipt and we will try to assist.

On iPhone / App Store

The steps to request a refund are:

  1. Go to
  2. Locate your Strong purchase and click Request a refund
  3. Select the appropriate Refund Reason
  4. Select Submit

You may have to chat with Apple Support to escalate your request if you run into any issues.

On Android / Google Play Store

You can request a refund directly from Google within 48 hours of your purchase. 

To do this, please follow the instructions here. (Google Link).

After this time period, if you have issues with claiming a refund on Android, please contact us with your purchase receipt and your Google Play email address.
