How to add Measurements

The following instructions apply to the iPhone and Android versions of Strong.

Strong allows you to track measurements over time to see your progress.

For best results, please also connect Strong with Apple Health or Google Fit.

Add a Measurement

You can hit the + button on each value to add quickly, or select an individual measurement to see all available data.

To delete a measurement, simply swipe to delete on any individual entry.

Core Measurements

  • Weight - Your body weight. Values can be synced with Apple Health.
  • Body Fat Percentage % - Your body fat %. Values can be synced with Apple Health.
  • Caloric Intake - Your caloric intake as Dietary Calories (kCal). Values can be synced with Apple Health.

Calorie Intake values will also be shown on the "Calories this Week" Profile Widget.

Body Measurements are only available in Strong PRO.

  • Neck
  • Shoulders
  • Chest
  • Left Bicep
  • Right Bicep
  • Left Forearm
  • Right Forearm
  • Upper Abs
  • Waist
  • Lower Abs
  • Hips
  • Left Thigh
  • Right Thigh
  • Left Calf
  • Right Calf

Improvements to Measurements are coming in a future version of Strong.
