How do I force sync my workouts to Strong Cloud?

Your workouts will automatically sync to your Strong Account in the background or when you complete a workout. However, you can also force sync your workouts at any time.

Force Sync with your Strong Account

On iPhone, go to the history tab and 'pull down to refresh". You'll see a spinning wheel like this:

On Android, go to Settings and hit the Force Sync button in the top right.

I see an error message...

If you see an error message, your workouts may not be syncing. Please send a screenshot over to us via support and provide any additional information you think might help.

On iPhone, you might need to reauthenticate to reconnect to the cloud.

Please do not delete the app or you risk data loss.
