I paid for Strong PRO, but don't have access to PRO features. What do I do?

-iOS: You can try to restore your purchases by going to the Upgrade tab and tapping the "Restore Purchases" link at the bottom of the page. This will work if you're logged in with the same Apple ID as when you made the purchase.
If this doesn't work, please go into your Manage Subscription settings from the App Store (or you can click here to view it if you're on mobile), click on Strong and then send us a screenshot. Either that, or a copy of your purchase receipt is okay as well!
-Android: Go into the Play Store's Subscriptions, tap on Strong > "Manage Subscriptions" and then send us a screenshot so we can activate your account. Either that, or a copy of your purchase receipt is okay as well!
